As the afternoon unfolds, the atmosphere becomes more relaxed, making way for aperitifs in the glow of the setting sun \u2013 one of the most evocative moments of the day, when the Dolomites become an integral part of the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is no single best time to visit: each part of the day brings a different atmosphere and offers a new perspective from which to experience the Chalet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From lunch and aperitifs to special evenings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The Summer Program accompanies the week with a selection of events that flow naturally from one day to the next, offering a different opportunity to experience the Chalet each time. From Monday to Saturday, Lunch \u00e0 la Carte welcomes guests during the central hours of the day, while Sunday is dedicated to Brunch & Lunch, designed for those who want to enjoy a more leisurely late morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the afternoon, the terrace comes alive with a variety of events dedicated to sunset: from the Sunset Aperitivo to Friday’s Champagne & DJ Sunset and Saturday’s Happy Hour & Sunset Aperitivo, each bringing its own interpretation of a summer afternoon in the mountains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As evening arrives, the program continues with Dinner \u00e0 la Carte on Thursday and Saturday, while Friday is dedicated to the Chef’s Tasting Menu & Music Experience, a journey that brings together cuisine, music and atmosphere throughout the evening. A return shuttle service is included on these special evenings, allowing guests to enjoy every moment with complete peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
